Acho que não bem assim não, a maioria das casas na rua treze de maio, antigo bairro do Bixiga hoje conhecido como Bela Vista, bem naquela rua onde tem a paróquia Nossa senhora da Achiropita da igreja católica, alí mesmo onde é realizado as festas da padroeira, a maioria das casas se encontra em péssimas condições de conservação, as festas costuma acontecer as noitinhas por isso não dá pra notar direto, mas eu vi o estado das casas quando cheguei para participar no final da tarde, tive a impressão de estar em um outro país, como a Cuba por exemplo.
