A meu ver é melhor meter uns portões bem reforçados ao menos para não dar tanto nas vistas que está abandonado, assim emparedado fica quase convidativo a invasores de índole suspeita…

A casa do meio, ou a da esquerda, não me recordo qual, sofreu um incêndio que consumiu a estrutura do telhado e a janela do andar de cima, ficando apenas as paredes. Lamentável.
Me parece que esses imóveis, assim como o da esquina,(que já foi uma farmácia), estão todos ocupados irregularmente. Dessa forma, é até perigoso haver um incendio como aconteceu no centro da cidade anos atrás.

Mas pela imagem do Google Street View de janeiro de 2025, boa parte desse quarteirão (inclusive as referidas casas) foi demolida.
Essa atualização do Street View é visível apenas na rua Sapucaia até a Paróquia S Miguel Arcanjo. Se for para a rua Taquari, volta para julho de 2024 e, nessa data, as casas ainda estavam por lá mas sem a árvore.
