Claro que pode ser comprada… Só terá um pequeno problema que acontece com a maioria dos imóveis da região, os donos irão pedir no mínimo uns 300.000 reais pelo imóvel…
Botaram uma edicula ridicula de dois andares nos fundos. O povinho..!!!! Sempre o maldito “puxadinho” de Brazuca.
A cumeeira da telha frontal ( Gable ) tem o que parece ser ventilacao entre o forro do teto e o telhado, uma tecnica antiga para expulsar ar quente que sobe e se acumula nos comodos em dias quentes. Vejam bem como eram engenhosos os arquitetos de outrora, que nao podiam lancar a mao de Ar Condicionado, esta praga do Seculo XXI. Tecnica alias, similar aos calhambeques antigos que usavam estes rasgos no capo.
Outro detalhe, sao as guarnicoes ornamentais em tijolo , escondidas com o decaimento e pichacao, aos lados da janela frontal, para dar um maior destaque. Certamente esta casa foi erguida com tijolo solido de ceramica em toda sua alvenaria.
