Deveriamos fazer como em Curitiba, dando incentivos a quem se dispusesse a manter, pelo menos externamente, todas essas casas. Se metade delas fossem restauradas por fora, a cidade seria muito mais bonita.
Em Florianópolis também é assim…os proprietários tem que manter ao menos a fachada intacta. Faz parte da preservação da memória de nossa gente Que pena tantas construções nesse estado…falta a cultura da memória
É uma pena que a cidadede São Paulo não esteja dando o devido valor para esses patrimônios históricos da cidade!
Aqui em Santos tb acontece isso em alguns bairros, depois que eles perceberam que a cidade estava perdendo sua história, começaram uma revitalização no Centro Histórico mas já era tarde demais!…é um descaso total!
Para se ter uma idéia,em fevereiro eles estavam aumentando a linha do bonde que circula pelo Centro da cidade, e encontraram um cemitério do inicio do Século! as pessoas não tinham noção nenhuma de preservar…
