trabalho ai perto e os boatos são de que em breve essas casas vão para o chão, existiam duas exatemente atrás delas na rua dos carmelitas que foram derrubadas a poucos dias de agosto de 2010
Se as informações estiverem corretas os atuais proprietarios são os donos das casa de essencias que existem em torno dos quarteirões

Sabe que moro pertíssimo e nunca nem reparei nessa casa? É tão linda, da próxima vez reparo melhor..outra igreja que precisa de um restauro é a igreja do carmo…Tem um chafariz tão lindo na entrada, que no entanto, jamais vi funcionando!
Neste sobrado, derrubaram as portas do andar térreo e colocaram uma grande porta de aço. Creio que o imóvel esteja funcionando como depósito, pois nunca vi o mesmo aberto.
