Douglas: Da metade dos anos 30 ao início dos anos 40, muitas casas e casarões foram construídas nesse estilo falso Barroco português e mineiro. Muitas eram decoradas com azulejos portugueses e tinham os umbrais feitos em pedra de cantaria e as janelas também. Houve, nos anos 60/70 um “revival” desse estilo, com tendências ao Barroco Mineiro. Ainda existem muitos edifícios nesse estilo.
Nos tempos de hoje só tem um estilo arquitetonico. casas lajeadas e paredes lisas !

Sim, agora está com os “tijolos aparentes”…mas tem uma enorme porta de aço na frente, quase não dá pra ver. Além de ficar horrorosa!
E também tiraram o telhado que cobria provavelmente a varanda de entrada, que aparece na primeira foto bem destruído.
A residência acima, já faz algum tempo, está habitada e passou por uma boa reforma !
