Já observaram o conjunto que fica próximo, na R Herculano de Freitas com R. Dr. Penaforte Mendes? Tem uma vendinha na esquina – que tinha balcão de madeira com pedra em cima,e umas casinhas de porta-na-rua na Herculano,e do lado da Dr. Penaforte,um sobrado. O telhado do sobrado teve as telhas trocadas ha uns 3 anos.
