Esta casa foi por um tempo o Gremio esportivo Fortinox, da empresa Metalurgica Vila Augusta, que ficava em frente a ela, onde hoje ja não existe mais e no seu lugar tem um condominio de predios, Depois foi alugado para antiga de telefonia empresa Vesper, e hoje não sei a quem pertence
