um absurdo… tanta gente querendo morar perto do centro e os caras fazendo especulação imobiliaria, deixando apartamentos vazios para vende-los quando o bairro for valorizado. Cadê a prefeitura e o estado para intimar estes caras
Neste dia, 9/!2/2010, por volta das 19 hs. caiu boa parte do revestimento da fachada desse edificio, inclusive ferindo varias pessoas e provocando danos em carros estacionados no local. pode-se perceber, pela sua foto, tirada no principio do ano passado que há sinais de queda de parte do reboco. Como o predio ficou vazio, os proprietarios nao se preocuparam com o que ppoderia acontecer ate culminar, nesta data com a queda do restante do reboco e possivelmente pedaços de concreto da fachada, causando esse acidente. Lamentavel.
Hoje passei pela rua Maria Marcolina. O prédio está em obras, cercados por telas.
A descaracterização de uma edificação é nociva demais para a arquitetura… mas chega a ser curioso, as varandas e janelas desse prédio terem sido fechadas fazem ele parecer algum cinema desativado
