Desde que eu me conheço por gente, este imóvel é desocupado. Tenho certeza que há pelo menos 25 anos está abandonado. Antigamente tinha uma banquinha de jornal bem em frente.
esse sobrado, ja foi sede do BRASILEIRINHO FUTEBOL CLUBE, em 1965. embaixo era um bar de um portugues.que tinha uma filha muito linda. um abraço a todos

Lamentavel….
Hoje em dia me parece ocupado/invadido.
Aparentemente invadido e fruto de especulação imobiliária assim como TODO o trecho dos arredores.
Depois de uma reintegração de posse o imóvel foi DEMOLIDO pelos proprietários, agora há um terreno cercado apenas sem sinal algum de uso.
A demolição ocorreu no segundo semestre de 2021
Passei por ele, e foi demolido, antes da demolição, estava invadido por craqueiros!

Tenho uma vaga lembrança da minha tia falando que quando ela casou, em 1964, ela e meu tio compravam pão numa padaria que era nessa parte de baixo desse imóvel.
