Alguém sabe algo sobre uma casa abandonada, na Marginal Tietê, sentido Castelo Branco, perto da entrada da Anhanguera?
Pelo o que me consta alí era um haras e pertencia a Dona Maria Domitila ( Marquesa de Santos ) a área hoje pertence a um grupo empresarial que tem projeto para a construção de um centro comercial no local e a restauração do antigo imóvel.
É tao ruim ver casas de familias tradicionais serem destruidas para por cima surgir um grande prédio domiciliar que cabem 300 pessoas e todos estão amontuados, mas é o que mais acontece hoje em dia.
Acredito eu que no local desta casa, Avenida Guarulhos, será uma estação do Metro. Existe uma obra já em andamento, porem não tenho maiores informações.
Atualização: Sou morador do Bairro da Ponte Grande e a casa foi demolida para a construção da futura estação do metrô ( que ligará São Paulo até o Shopping ). Infelizmente, ninguém sabe de nada a respeito.
Moro no bairro a 20 anos e ali não será a estação de metro quem derrubou o imóvel foi os proprietários mesmo e o terreno abandonado ao lado e do proprietário de um motel no centro de guarulhos, as estações serão próximo a marginal Tietê e próximo ao shopping internacional de guarulhos.
