Decorada, não: totalmente sujada. Ô praga. Enfim, suja ou não, foi pro espaço. E, pior: onde moravam 4 pessoas vão morar agora mil.
Haja infraestrutura.
Infelismente muitas das casas com belos detalhes arquitetônicos no Bairro da Penha estão neste mesmo caso – a ponto de serem demolidas a qualquer momento.
Mas uma coisa que discordo: Sobre o graffite ser chamado de sujeira.
Sei que estarei entrando na máxima -O que pra mim é belo, pra tu é feio.
Ainda mais se tratando de graffite. É uma linha tênue e infinita.
Se é a solução pra uma ocupação pra algum imóvel abandonado? Bem, teve o caso ano passado que a REdBull chamou artistas pra ocuparem um antigo hotel na AV. São Joao e que, algum tempo depois o dono do imóvel iria revitaliza-lo. A ocupação foi feita – belissima por sinal, foi uma expo – e hoje o hotel está lá abandonado novamente.
se fizessem decoração com grafite na parte interna de um prédio antigo, dependendo de como fosse feito poderia até ficar interessante, mas em fachadas antigas eu acho de extremo mau gosto fazer grafite… é o tipo de coisa que não combina com as formas quase esculturais de construções antigas, e mesmo em prédios modernos acaba meio que “favelizando”, dando um aspecto desagradável de bagunça…

Morei em uma casa antiga que na época era linda, toda original até 1994; mas os atuais donos modificaram ela toda e pra pior hoje ela parece uma favela!
