Nossa eu freqüento esse SESC, não sabia que tinham demolido essas simpáticas casas para dar lugar aquele edifício IMENSO!

Olá,
Conheço a região e posso dizer que o SESC Belenzinho teve interesse sim em adquirir os terrenos, porém a familia do imóvel mora fora do país (Itália, eu acho) e não tem interesse em vender. Posso garantir que as casas ainda estão lá após a inauguração da obra. Aliás, quem tem a oportunidade de olhar da escada lateral do SESC pode ter uma boa visão da real condição do imóvel, inteiro tomado por vegetação, por dentro e por fora e com o telhado caido.

E estão invadidos…. Os “moradores” ficam “tomando conta” dos carros e ganhando as custas do povo que trabalha !!!

As casas ainda existem. Os donos morreram, e os herdeiros moram foram do Brasil (provavelmente nem sabem que herdaram estas casas). Em meados de 2011 elas foram invadidas…
Nasci e morei por 26 anos no 1622 desta rua… bons tempos… hoje é o estacionamento da Telhanorte
